When will my order be Shipping?
We ship Pan India. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Shipping takes between 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Can I Return my product?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

You can email and call us. We are there for you from 10AM to 6PM (Mon-Fri).
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
Yes, it is mandatory to register before placing an order on Kidmaya. You can create an account on Kidmaya by entering your email ID. You can choose to login via Facebook/Google account to place an order on Kidmaya. It is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your Wishlist, account & address details.
